Cancel the agreement

This English version is part of the information and contractual terms given to English-speaking customers. If the Hebrew and English versions differ on fees, payments, cancellation rights or other customer rights, the English version prevails for a customer who entered into the service in English.

Your right to cancel

Every customer may cancel the agreement with FlyBack using any cancellation method available under applicable law, including through this page, by telephone, by email or by registered mail. Once we receive the notice, we will send you a confirmation and further action on the case will stop.

No demand has yet been delivered on your behalf to the airline: cancelling costs nothing, including no cancellation fee, and the case is closed.

The demand has already been delivered: the agreement is an ongoing transaction, and under section 14E(b1) of the Consumer Protection Law the consumer then pays the proportional consideration for the service provided. Any amount that may remain payable is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law and by the signed service agreement. FlyBack does not charge a separate cancellation fee. If compensation is later received as a demonstrable result of the demand sent before cancellation, any claim to a success fee is subject to the signed agreement and applicable law. The burden of proving that the payment came as a result of the demand is on us. No compensation received, you pay nothing.

How to cancel

Fill in the form below, or give notice of cancellation by email to cancel@flyback.co.il, by phone or WhatsApp at 058-775-9023, or by registered mail to: 3 Totzeret Ha'aretz St., Petah Tikva, Israel. You may also cancel by any other method the law allows. Once we receive the request, we will send you a confirmation and complete the process with you.
