Questions about the flight watch
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The watch is free, with no commitment. Only if the flight is disrupted and you choose to open a case with us, our usual success fee applies (26% + VAT of the compensation actually paid), and only if compensation is paid.
Which messages will I get?
One at most: if the flight is cancelled or delayed in a way that gives a right to compensation, an SMS with the amount and a link to open a case. If it operates as planned, a short closing message. No marketing and no newsletter.
How do you know the flight was disrupted?
Our system reads the official Ben Gurion flight board (data.gov.il) every 5 minutes, around the clock. When a disruption is recorded, we save the evidence with a timestamp and a file fingerprint (SHA-256) from the reading where it appeared, before we even send you a message.
Which flights can I watch?
Any flight on the Ben Gurion flight board: departures and arrivals in Tel Aviv, on every airline. Flights inside other countries (for example Paris to London) are not on the board, so we cannot watch them.
